Common Trail Troubles
Steps not showing up?
Make sure you've granted Health access. Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Bara and check that Steps is enabled.
Steps not syncing to challenges?
Open the app and pull to refresh on the Home tab. Background sync runs hourly, but a manual refresh updates immediately. Make sure you have an internet connection.
Not receiving challenge notifications?
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Bara and make sure notifications are allowed. If you previously denied them, you'll need to enable them from Settings — the app won't ask again.
Can't find a friend?
Your friend needs to have a display name set in Bara. Search requires at least 2 characters and matches on display names only.
Sign-in issues?
Bara uses Sign in with Apple. Make sure you're signed into your Apple ID in iOS Settings and that you have a working internet connection.
